"I Am NOT Going In There" (-75%) seems appealing for the huge negative weight, but losing lockers forces pure safespotting against EVERY entity. Only attempt this after mastering safespot locations for all room types.
Adding more entity types (Bottomfeeder, Pnevmas, etc.) is generally safer than increasing entity speed (Rat Race) because new entities add complexity without compressing reaction windows.
Darkness, Claustrophobia, and Chiaroscuro add percentage weight without dramatically changing moment-to-moment gameplay. These are "free" difficulty for badge progression.
For 250%+ runs: buy 3 Code Breachers, acquire Spr-INT, ensure minimum 3 batteries, and memorize the fastest locker spots for every room type before entering.
